Q: Can I purchase a vehicle over the internet?

A: YES, Absolutely!!! In fact, approximately 25% of all vehicle sales are done directly over the internet, without ever meeting our customers in person. The internet offers a “convenient” and “no-pressure” opportunity to evaluate, compare, and select the vehicle which is right for you. Our experienced team is here to assist you before, during, and after your funeral vehicle purchase. We will make sure to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision, and in a manner that’s comfortable for you.

Q: Is shipping available?

A: YES, we work with several shipping companies that truck vehicles all over the United States for us. All of these companies are independently owned and operated, have trucks to handle any size vehicle, and all carry the maximum insurance.

Q: Is shipping overseas available?

A: YES, we’ve helped several of our customers who required overseas shipping assistance. We can make arrangements and ensure your vehicle arrives at the dock in time for the next ship.

Q: How long does it take to have a new funeral vehicle built to order?

A: Approximately, six (6) to ten (10) weeks. This can vary depending upon availability, coachbuilder, production queues, and customized color or feature selections. Obviously, we are interested in delivering your new funeral vehicle as quickly as possible. We also want to make sure it is 100% complete and to your specifications.

Q: How can I visit one of the vehicles shown on your website?

A: We encourage you or a trusted representative to physically inspect any vehicle prior to completing the sale. We are willing to help make arrangements or set-up an appointment that is convenient for you.

Q: How can I “RESERVE” a vehicle shown on your website?

A: We can “RESERVE” a vehicle for you by accepting a Deposit or Down Payment. We will require a minimum $1,000. USD deposit or larger down payment if you prefer. We can accept a certified check (drawn on a US bank), major credit card, or PAYPAL. Please click here to make a payment.
